Heather Rossean, CHN

Heather Rossean is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist helping individuals regain (and sustain) their health and well-being. Heather has over 20 years of education and training on the power of nourishing the body and mind with whole foods, proven biological methods, supplementation, and holistic perspectives. She relies on deep-rooted clarity and proven methods for how the body is naturally designed to thrive and age well. With this understanding of the interconnectedness of body and mind, Heather integrates principles of nutrition, stress management techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to foster whole wellness from the inside out. Heather’s knowledge of the power of food as medicine, coupled with a holistic approach to wellness, allows her to empower others to achieve their optimal health and vitality.
