    Get ready to unleash your creativity in this exciting hands-on art class! Students will explore a variety of artistic styles and materials while creating unique masterpieces. We will sculpt with clay, paint vibrant works using acrylic paints, dive into bold and imaginative Picasso-inspired art, and learn fun techniques for cartoon drawing. Whether you love painting, scultiping, or sketching, this class offers something for every young artist. Come ready to experiment, create, and have fun making art! $10 supply fee.
  • Mission to Mars (Grades 5–6)

    Blast off into a hands-on space adventure where students tackle the challenges of surviving on Mars. Campers will design and test straw rockets, engineer protective landers for safe astronaut landings, and explore radiation through UV science experiments. They’ll create mini greenhouses to grow food in space and build sturdy base camp shelters using recyclable materials, testing them against simulated extreme weather. The mission concludes with designing simple robots or robotic grabbers to collect “soil samples” from the Martian surface. This action-packed STEM camp blends engineering, teamwork, and creativity for an unforgettable journey to the Red Planet.
  • Rising Performers (Grades 5–6)

    Rising Performers is designed for 5th and 6th graders who are ready to take their acting journey to the next level! In this dynamic class, students will build on their growing skills and confidence by diving deeper into character development, scene work, and more advanced acting techniques. Through fun exercises and creative challenges, they will explore their creativity on stage, work collaboratively with peers, and develop the tools to bring powerful performances to life. The semester will culminate in a free showcase performance, where students will present their newly refined acting abilities for friends and family, celebrating their progress and passion for the stage! To ensure every student has a role, registration will close October 1, 2026 when script writing begins. Tuition is set up on a monthly recurring basis, auto drafted on the 1st of each month. If you need to drop the class for any reason you MUST call the Community Education office to be removed from the class. Removing your payment method from the enrollment does NOT remove you from the course. You will continue to be charged and will have a balance on your account.
