Jenks Community Education

This event is for a drug screening test for Jenks Trojan Boys Volleyball only. Registration is not complete until you check out and pay in full. After payment you will receive a confirmation email from Jenks Community Education - Registration Confirmation. If you do not receive an email please check your spam and junk folders. Print this confirmation email as it will be your receipt that you paid for your drug screening. Please take this confirmation receipt with you to Team Professional Services (TPS) for your drug screening test. For students 17 years and younger, they will need to have the attached Parental Consent filled out and brought with them or they will need to be accompanied by their parent/guardian when they arrive. Parental Consent Form We accept credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa) via our website. If you wish to pay in cash or check you will need to visit our business office for registration. We are located at the Community Service Center, 951 West Main Street, 3rd Floor, Jenks, OK 74037. Hours of operation are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. TPS is located at 8165 South Mingo Road, #100, Tulsa, OK 74133 Your drug screening must be completed by Friday, February 28, 2025. Walk-in screening is accepted between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday There will be no exceptions for anyone arriving after this time. Once a student signs in they will not be able to leave the waiting area until they provide a sample or it could be considered a Refusal to Test.

There are three ways to donate to the JPS Foundation: 1: mail a check to JPS Foundation, PO Box 595, Jenks, OK 74037 2: in person to the Educational Service Center, corner of 2nd and A Street 3: https://jenksfoundation.org. Click on Donate and Donate Now. Complete the form fields and choose Donor Directed in the dropdown field. They accept Savings, Checking and Credit Card. In the comments, please type "High School Boys Volleyball Booster Club." They do charge a bank processing fee of $3.29 per transaction. Some employers will Corporate Match your gift to the JPS Foundation. Contact your employer for the appropriate forms and send them to our office with your gift.
