Damon Sullivan

Damon Sullivan is an experienced IT professional with over two decades of expertise in systems analysis, troubleshooting, and IT support. As a Senior Systems Engineer, he has led numerous successful implementations of Windows systems, from Windows 3.1.1 to Windows 11. He specializes in providing high-level support to executives, optimizing system processes, and delivering strategic IT solutions. Currently, Damon teaches Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, drawing on his extensive background in IT operations, automation, and support across various industries. His teaching focuses on practical skills and insights to empower users with the latest in Windows technology.
