JENKS TROJAN AQUATIC CENTER JENKS TROJAN AQUATIC CENTER The state-of-the-art Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center is located on the west side of the Jenks High School Campus. Entrance to the pool is off North Birch Street between West B Street and West F Street in Jenks. The Aquatic Center houses a variety of programs for all ages—from infants to senior citizens. For children, we offer swim lessons and the Jenks Trojan Swim Club. Adults will enjoy our fitness classes, swim lessons, Masters Swim Workouts, and open lap swimming. For a complete list of programs and classes, click on the link below. For just $45 a month, access all of our adult fitness classes and open lap swimming. Included are aqua jogging, aqua arthritis, aqua challenge, aqua cardio, and open lap swimming. Beyond the membership, take private swim lessons, join Tulsa Masters Swim Club, complete lifeguard certification, or rent a locker. The Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center features two swimming facilities:Competition PoolThe highlight of the Aquatic Center, this true Olympic-size pool measures 50 meters long by 25 yards wide, with a minimum depth of 7 feet. It was designed as a world-class facility for competitive aquatic programs. Groups such as the Jenks High School Trojan Swim Team, the Jenks Trojan Swim Club, Tulsa Masters Swimming Club, and others use the pool for practices and competitions. Cutting-edge technological advancements in water treatment and sanitation provide the clearest, cleanest water available.Instructional PoolThe Instructional Pool measures 25 meters long by 15 yards wide, with depths ranging from 3.5 to 12 feet. This warmer-water pool, with temperatures ranging from 82–84 degrees, was designed for non-competitive aquatic programs, including our adult fitness classes and swim lessons. Customers with Community Care debit cards have been able to use their cards to pay for classes at the Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center. Transactions at the Aquatic Center will register as payments to Jenks Public Schools so not every insurance company or bank will count these transactions as covered fitness classes. We provide receipts for transactions that can be submitted if your insurance provides reimbursement for fitness classes. JENKS TROJAN SWIM CLUB If your child loves to swim and is looking for a fun and challenging year-round sport, consider joining the Jenks Trojan Swim Club! Our club is a competitive USA Swimming affiliate program for swimmers seven years of age and older in Jenks and the surrounding area. We offer professional instruction for all competitive levels, from novice to nationals. Come join the fun at the Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center, one of the finest air and water quality facilities in the nation. For current high school-age Swim Club members, drug screening is required. If your athlete also participates in a school activity, club, or play on a JHS team that requires a drug test, they do NOT need to take another test for us. When: Saturday, March 21, 2026 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Sign up for a tryout appointment. Swimmers pick a time slot between 9:00am–12:00pm. Where: Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center What your swimmer needs:Swim Suit—no specific kind of suit required, just wear what you have. Make sure your swimmer is wearing the suit when you all arrive!Goggles—smaller goggles are preferred. Scuba masks can hinder the swimmer.Towel—no one likes a wet seat in the car! What to expect when you arrive: There will be a short liability form to fill out upon arrival. Parents will remain in the lobby or bleachers, and swimmers are taken to be analyzed by the JTSC Coaches. The water time for each swimmer will only be a few minutes. What the Coaches are Looking for: In order to be eligible to make the team, we are looking for swimmers with a basic knowledge of all four strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly). Speed and endurance levels are considerations for more experienced swimmers, but we are more interested in good technique. The Next Step After Tryouts: After all tryouts have concluded, there will be a short deliberation period, and then all participants will be notified. There are several different levels within our club, as well as several additional introductory programs here at the Aquatic Center. Your notification email will tell you what group will best fit your swimmer.Swimmers that make the competitive team will be given a Trial Week to make sure it’s a good fit before any financial obligation is required. Cost to Tryout: FREE! There is no fee for the tryout! Additional details about the fee structure for our program will be part of the club information packet provided when you arrive.
