Taekwondo Karate develops self-confidence, self-control, proper attitude, coordination, balance, flexibility, and physical fitness. Students will stretch and exercise virtually every muscle un the body, which will improve mobility, balance, and coordination. In addition to self-defense, Taekwondo teaches self-control, teamwork, respect for others, discipline, concentration and how to make friends. Classes are tailored to the student’s age and skill level and is suitable and safe to learn for all age groups. Evening classes at Southeast Elementary Gym are included in your class fee.
