Interscholastic BMX Racing Intro (Ages 5–18. Adult to accompany minor at no cost.)

Enrichment for Youth / Youth Enrichment-Evening / Fitness & Recreation -
Fall 2026

Discover the thrill and teamwork behind one of Oklahoma’s fastest-growing school sports—Interscholastic BMX Racing! In this 90-minute introductory session, students and parents will explore the basics of BMX, learn about track design, riding techniques, and the fitness behind the sport—and how to join your school’s BMX team. This school-based league builds confidence, character, and community. No bike required, just bring your curiosity! Following completion of the course, participants will receive an invitation to return on a future date for a free on-track riding experience. Riders will have access to loaner bikes and helmets and will be able to experience the BMX track under coach supervision to help determine whether joining the program is the right fit for their family.

Prerequisite: Ability to pedal a bike.
