Growing Secure Kids (Adult)

Enrichment for Adults and Families / Family Life -
Spring 2026

Would you like to reduce home-life conflict and create more peace in your family’s daily routines? This course is a supportive, relationship-focused series designed for parents and caregivers who want to better understand their child’s needs and strengthen connection at home. Each week, participants learn practical Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) principles that promote felt safety, build healthy attachment, and support emotional regulation for both children and adults. Through discussion, real-life examples, and simple tools you can start using immediately, this course guides caregivers in the three core TBRI principles—Connecting, Empowering, and Correcting.

Macy Worley

Hello! My name is Macy Worley, and I am excited to offer this course this year. I serve as the RISE teacher at Jenks West Elementary and am a TBRI® Practitioner. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Special Education.

I am passionate about supporting students and families by looking beneath behaviors to understand underlying needs and finding solutions that truly help each child thrive. The growth we’ve seen in our classroom through TBRI principles and strategies has been incredible, and I’m thrilled to share these tools with families so they can use them at home as well.
