CROSS-TRAINING FOR CYCLISTS AND RUNNERS (Ages 10-adult)

If you are a fellow cyclist or runner, you have likely experienced pain or tightness in your neck, back and/or hamstrings. In this class, you will learn movement patterns to rebalance your muscles and undo the damage of repetitive motion. By utilizing Pilates and corrective exercise methodologies, students will learn how to open hip flexors, maximize hamstrings vs quads, and relieve pain and tension. Mats will be provided.
