Taekwondo Karate at Jenks East Elementary is for boys and girls in Kindergarten through the 4th grade. Taekwondo Karate develops self-confidence, self-control, proper attitude, builds respect, coordination, balance, flexibility and physical fitness. Taekwondo is suitable and safe to learn for all age groups. Some of the things that karate teaches are self-confidence, self-defense, self-control, team work, respect for others, discipline, team work, concentration and how to make friends. Classes are tailored to your child's age and skill level. You will stretch and exercise virtually every muscle in your body which will improve your mobility. Supplies needed for class are loose fitting clothing or white karate uniform.

Evening karate classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings are included in class fee at Southeast Elementary Gym: Little Dragons for ages 3-6 years - 6:00pm to 6:30pm Beginner and Intermediate for 7 years and up - 6:30pm to 7:15pm Advanced - 7:15pm to 8:00pm

*NEW THIS YEAR!! Your choice of paying tuition monthly, or we now offer Auto-Pay/Recurring Payments! If you choose to pay monthly, you will still need to log in each month to make your payment online. Tuition is due by the first of each month. Tuition received after the 10th of each month will have a $20 late fee attached. If you choose the Auto-Pay/Recurring Payment option, you will be able to set up your payment method at check out. Your first payment will be drafted at that time, and the next payments will be automatically withdrawn the 1st of each month after you sign up. For Example-if you sign up in December for the January class and select Recurring, your next payment will draft February 1, 2023. If there are 4 or more students in a family, the family discount will be applied at checkout.
